On the 19th of April 2016, a trip to London was organised for us to visit the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) Central office.
Adam was a student on our PowerUP Liverpool programme at SSE North West.
This is his story…
Earlier in May we ran a taster session for our Third Sector Digital Leaders course – here are Zoe Amar’s introductory slides from the event.
The full course begins in October and is a four day digital leadership skills training programme for the leaders and senior management of charities and social enterprises. There are early bird places available until August. Book your place here.
Friday already? That came around quickly. Far too quickly for me to think of anything particularly interesting to write I’m afraid. I made a lazy attempt to seem relevant in the subject line and that was as far as I got. I don’t even have any weekend plans that I can tell you about. How dull. So we’d better just crack on and get on with the news…
Enjoy your weekend
Sadly this year I was ineligible to run for Mayor of London because a) I didn’t go to Eton and b) I’m not the son of a London bus driver so my application was rejected. I also don’t own a dead cat and I think you need one of those too, from what I’ve been reading in the papers (I haven’t been paying a huge deal of attention). Hopefully rules will have changed by 2020 so I thought that now was a good opportunity to set out my manifesto.
Have a super weekend (sunshine, finally!!).
