Sitting in the corner quietly: Have I Got Social Enterprise News For You

Hungover!

I’m feeling a little bit fragile this morning. I was out with an old school friend last night celebrating his recent engagement and have today learned that two bottles of wine between two people is far too much on a school night. This week’s Have I Got Social Enterprise For You is therefore a slightly low key edition as I’m doing my best to keep my head down and not get noticed.

Now, if everyone could keep the noise to a whisper it would be greatly appreciated…

Have a great weekend!

Reaching out and touching base…Have I Got Social Enterprise News For You

There seem to have been a lot of meetings at SSE HQ this week. Every time I’ve looked up from my desk, everyone has gone from one meeting into another. I’ve not been invited to any of them, but I’m sure they are all very exciting and important, like meetings always are. Anyway, to make up for the disappointment of me being excluded from the fun I’ve invented my own meeting (including horrendous office speak), to which you’ve been invited.

After this you might as well knock off for the week, enjoy your weekend!

An Afternoon Delight: Have I Got Social Enterprise News For You

Have I Got Social Enterprise News For You

Well now. An afternoon edition. The difference in scheduling is of course because I’ve been busy, and definitely not because I’ve had half an ear on the cricket this morning and been slightly distracted. This is a workplace after all (but what a morning from England!). But enough of that, because I’m officially declaring that now is the start of the weekend. Read this and then stop what you are doing, pour yourself a cold drink and get outside and enjoy the sunshine (or stay in and watch the cricket). If anyone asks tell them that I said it’s ok…

There’s some useful stuff in this week’s news, enjoy!
