On 20th September I joined representatives of charities, social enterprises and support organisations across the East of England at “Quid Pro Quo”, an annual conference run by Third Sector Futures hosted at Anglia Ruskin University. The long awaited launch of School for Social Entrepreneurs West Midlands officially took place earlier this week. The event was bursting with energy and all attendees welcomed SSE with open arms, confirming that, establishing a presence in this region is long overdue.
Firstly, to introduce myself. I’m Amy and am covering for Leah as Network Manager at SSE Central in London. I’m also a Fellow (from way back in 2005/6) and have been facilitating Action Learning Sets in London for SSE since 2008 , so a big fan of SSE already.
