    In a nutshell: We’ll walk you through a comprehensive process for developing a smarter and more focused fundraising strategy, and share a number of powerful decision-making techniques.

  • Measuring Social Value

    Who it's for: Anyone keen to learn how to measure social value!  No prior knowledge is required.

    In a nutshell: An introduction to measuring and valuing the changes your work makes on individuals and the knock-on effects of this in their life.

  • Creating a Theory of Change

    Delivered: Online

    Who it's for: Anyone looking to bring the strategic lens of theory of change to their planning or evaluation. If you have an existing project, the course will offer the opportunity to map out your theory and gain feedback.

    In a nutshell: This workshop will explore what a theory of change is, how to construct one and best practice in conducting robust qualitative research.

    Who it's for: Senior leaders working in or seeking to work in London’s health and life sciences sector

    In a nutshell: This 10-week intensive programme equips participants with the necessary skills, mentorship, knowledge and connections to grow and scale their social enterprise while tackling health inequities in underserved communities
