The Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland Social Entrepreneurs Programme, in partnership with SSE, provides financial support (grants from between £4,000 – £15,000), access to a comprehensive learning programme and business mentoring scheme. The programme was launched in April 2012.

The programme is based on the active participation of individuals developing and running practical projects in communities in the UK.  It is openly recruited for once a year and brings together cohorts of up to 20 students on each programme. The aim of the programme is to develop social entrepreneur’s emotional resourcefulness, social impact, business and entrepreneurial skills and their networks.
