A programme delivered over two interactive and highly practical online sessions that will give your young enterprise – or even just the germ of an idea – direction and clear sight on how to grow and flourish.
Creating a clear business platform and strategy is vital for a fledgling social enterprise so that precious time and funds are invested wisely and clear direction is set.
Session one (90 minutes)
Peer – peer learning and coaching session, with each individual participant posing a challenge or issue they would like some help and support on.
You will gain access to other social entrepreneurs at a similar stage to you, allowing you to share challenges and perspectives. Creating like-minded peer groups and support networks are cited as being hugely beneficial by past SSE students.
Session two (90 minutes)
You will be sent a business strategy template along with practical support and guidance on how to complete and use to drive enterprise goals and strategies.
At the end of the course, each participant will be sent a personalised action plan, capturing their coaching session and key action to take away, as well as a 1:1 follow up call to discuss progress or provide further clarity on anything raised on the course.

This will be delivered purely online – you will be sent clear instructions of how to join the courses and all course materials and templates by email.
