This workshop will walk participants through the steps to create their own custom marketing strategies. They will leave with a process to follow that is both ambitious and achievable with steps included on how to implement and maintain the strategy.
By using SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timebound) target setting and planning, attendees will be able to create plans that are tailored to fit perfectly with the aims and capabilities of their organisation.

The course takes place over two mornings: Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st September from 9.30am – 12.30pm on both days.

About the facilitator
Charlie Wright’s career is deeply embedded in the social enterprise movement. Charlie started his own social enterprise brand Hopeful Traders when he was twenty four and has since supported hundreds of social enterprises through marketing and community roles with School for Social Entrepreneurs and Supply Change. His work has gained the attention of VICE, The Independent and The Big Issue and helped social enterprises collaborate with the likes of Natwest, Social Value UK, Kier, Hogan Lovells, Clarion Housing and Deloitte. Working in social enterprise support organisations has allowed Charlie to get to know and work with a wide range of social enterprises. He’s supported many one-person organisations just starting out and established names making waves in the wider economy. Currently, Charlie splits his time between growing the ambitious social procurement work of Supply Change and freelance projects helping other social enterprises establish themselves on the economic stage.
