Overview

Applications are now open for the Business for Good West Yorkshire Growth & Resilience Programme 2025–26, delivered by the School for Social Entrepreneurs. 

This free learning programme is for West Yorkshire-based co-ops, social enterprises and community businesses ready to boost their income, adopt new tools, and future-proof their impact. 

In 2024, 100% of participants gained confidence and new skills. They created jobs, reached new markets, and supported over 23,000 people. Now it’s your turn.

Who it’s for 

You’re leading a purpose-driven organisation that’s been trading for at least 18 months, with £15K+ income over the last year. You want to strengthen your strategy, explore new markets, or try out new tech. You’re based in West Yorkshire — Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield or Leeds. 

And you’re ready to take bold steps toward sustainable growth.

  • 4 online learning days + 1 in-person graduation event 
  • 3 Action Learning Sets with trained facilitators 
  • Personalised learning plan and peer support

About Business for Good

The Business for Good Growth & Resilience programme is part of the Business for Good, West Yorkshire programme which aims to provide specialist business support to Alternative
Businesses (Social enterprises, co-operatives and community businesses) across West Yorkshire. Business for Good West Yorkshire is led by TSL Kirklees and delivered by a
partnership of local providers – Participate Projects, Voluntary Action Leeds, SEE Ahead, Co-op Culture and Stir to Action supported by national organisations Co-operatives
UK and School for Social Entrepreneurs.
