Teach First Innovation Award open for applications

2 Jul 2015

The Teach First Innovation Award exists to empower individuals with game-changing ideas that will fulfil our goal of addressing educational inequality in the UK. The award is open to anyone with an idea that could help address educational inequality in the UK.

The Innovation Award will enable five social entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into action. Each Award-winner will receive six months’ full-time salary and 12 months of support, including a place on the Teach First Innovation Accelerator – an intensive programme of technical training, supportive mentoring and expert advice to help you develop, pilot and scale your idea. SSE fellow Joel Davies, Founder of Tutors United, is a previous winner!

This is a great opportunity to gain from Teach First’s education expertise and to be part of the Teach First community, with desk space and membership of the Innovation Hub and Entrepreneur Network.

Deadline for applications 15th July.
