SSE Fellows shortlisted for UK Social Enterprise Awards 2015

We are delighted to announce that three SSE Fellows have made the shortlist for the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2015 which have recently been announced. The Awards celebrate social enterprises which are leading the way when it comes to social and environmental impact. Social Enterprise UK, which hosts the annual awards ceremony, received nearly 300 applications for the 2015 event. Award categories include: Inspiring Youth, One to Watch and Women’s Champion – 40% of social enterprise leaders are women, outstripping mainstream business.
