Use tried and tested leadership models to identify your own leadership style and the values that underpin your motivation.
Tackling organisational change
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in your organisation, then build on this understanding by learning the steps needed to develop future strategy and help lead through change.
Focus on your needs
The group size will be kept to a maximum of 12 to ensure you get intensive learning, coaching and support. We will combine small group work, individual learning and live training to suit your needs and look at the steps you can take to be a success.
Share ideas and experience
Share ideas with your fellow social entrepreneurs and support one another throughout the programme.
